I miss this place as well. Though maybe not quite as much as you. That tree does look like it took some time to build. The turnover of storefronts in Nyack is depressing but the good news is that there is a lot of opportunities for small business owners to give it a try. Am hoping that something just as good will fill that space. Due to the economy, there are a lot of open storefronts in a lot of towns right now.
